Northside announces newest medical residents

A full class of 30 students have matched with the Graduate Medical Education program at Northside Hospital Gwinnett for the Class of 2028. 

These medical students will come to Northside this summer from around the world for a three-year residency program. Northside Gwinnett offers residencies in family medicine and internal medicine, and a transitional-year program. Fellowships in sports medicine previously were announced.

  • Anas Alkhani, MBBS, of Riyadh, from the College of Medicine Alfaisal University
  • Maham Babar, MBBS, of Peshawar, Pakistan, from Khyber Medical College Peshawar
  • Alin Benny, D.O., of Charlottesville, Virginia, and Clearwater, Florida, from the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University
  • Meghan Kapur, D.O., of Pensacola, Florida, from Rice University and the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine

  • Nicholas Ehrhardt, M.D., from MCG. His categorical track is physical medicine and rehabilitation.
  • Lauren Jenkins, M.D., from the Emory University School of Medicine. Her categorical track is anesthesia.
  • Nourine Kamili, M.D., from the Emory University School of Medicine. Her categorical track is dermatology.
  • Christy Kang, D.O., from PCOM. Her categorical track is physical medicine and rehabilitation.
  • Meira Zibitt, M.D., from MCG. Her categorical track is anesthesia.
